We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates only.

You understand and agree that:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss for products passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by you.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
